Review: When I contacted Emergency Response Services, Levi responded right away. I was talking to the expert in less than 24 hours, and they were on site the next day. I was impressed with their responsiveness. Levi and a technician did an assessment of the damage caused from the overflow of rainwater that came up through the drains. We had about 700 square feet flooded with a few inches of water. They really know their business, and had solid informed recommendations right away. They did a complete moisture map of the affected area. I especially appreciated the integrity of Levi, telling us honestly what steps had to be taken and giving us options for saving money. The end result was great. I have the highest recommendation for this company based on my experience. Thank you!

Levi was extremely knowledgeable and a great resource as to what was happening with the drywall. He provided a logical and inexpensive solution and I am completely happy with the overall experience. ERS even sent a crew out to inspect the damage at no charge and confirmed what Levi saw via Facetime.I will definitely contact them in the future! I would rate them higher if I could.
